TERMS OF USE
Lucky Caishen (โชคลาภไฉ่ซิงเอี๊ย)
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application Lucky Caishen (the “App”), provided by Parichat8 (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The App
Lucky Caishen is an entertainment application that includes virtual slot-style gameplay, fortune-style experiences, virtual coins, cosmetics, and related features. Package name: com.luckycaishen.lucky_caishen.
Important: The App is for entertainment only. Virtual spins, coins, fortune readings, and similar features do not involve real-money wagering, do not award cash, and do not constitute gambling. No outcome has real-world monetary value beyond optional digital items sold as in-app purchases.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age required by your app store and local law (and in any case not under 13). If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. License to use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and app store rules.
You may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the App except to the extent allowed by law; bypass security or access controls; use cheats, bots, or unauthorized third-party tools that interfere with the App; or use the App for unlawful purposes.
4. Virtual items and in-app purchases
The App may offer virtual coins, remove-ads options, skins, passes, and other digital items. These items are licensed, not sold, and have no cash value outside the App. Prices are shown in the store at the time of purchase. Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple, as applicable, and are subject to their terms and refund policies.
Unless required by law or store policy, purchases are final. We may change prices, availability, or virtual economies at any time. We are not responsible for loss of virtual items caused by device change, uninstall, or clearing app data unless required by law.
5. Advertising
The App may display third-party advertisements. Ads are provided by partners such as Google AdMob. Your use of ad-related features is also subject to those partners’ terms. Purchasing an applicable remove-ads product may limit some ads as described in the App at the time of purchase.
6. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with other users or our systems, attempt unauthorized access, or use the App in any way that violates law or these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The App, including its name, artwork, text, audio, code, and trademarks, is owned by Parichat8 or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
8. Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that policy.
9. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Fortune-style content is for entertainment and amusement only. It is not advice (financial, legal, medical, or otherwise) and should not be relied upon for any decision.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARICHAT8 AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, VIRTUAL ITEMS, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Parichat8 against claims arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or stop providing the App or any feature, or suspend your license, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App.
14. App store terms
If you downloaded the App from Google Play or the Apple App Store, you also agree to the applicable store’s terms. Those stores are third-party beneficiaries of the license restrictions in these Terms as permitted by store rules. They are not responsible for maintenance or support of the App unless required by their policies.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply and cannot be waived.
