This Privacy Policy explains how Parichat8 (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile application Lucky Caishen (the “App”), package name com.luckycaishen.lucky_caishen. The App is an entertainment product featuring virtual slot-style play and fortune-style content. It does not involve real-money gambling or cash prizes.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the App and which features are enabled, we may process:
- Device and app information. Device type, operating system version, app version, language, and similar technical data needed to run and improve the App.
- Advertising identifiers. Such as Google Advertising ID (or equivalent), used by advertising partners to show ads and measure performance, subject to your device settings.
- Usage data. Interactions within the App (for example, screens viewed, feature use, crash logs, and performance diagnostics) to keep the App stable and useful.
- Purchase data. If you buy in-app products, the app store processes payment. We receive confirmation of purchase status (for example, product unlocked) but do not receive your full payment card details.
- Local game data. Virtual coins, preferences, settings, and progress stored on your device.
- Optional remote configuration. If Firebase or similar services are connected, configuration values may be fetched to adjust content or links (for example, privacy or terms URLs).
We do not require you to create an account to use the core entertainment features of the App. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers through the App.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- operate, maintain, and improve the App;
- provide virtual currency, cosmetics, passes, and other in-app purchases you choose to buy;
- show advertisements (unless you have purchased an applicable remove-ads product);
- measure ad performance and prevent fraud or abuse;
- diagnose crashes and technical issues;
- comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use;
- respond to your support requests.
4. Advertising
The App may display ads served by Google AdMob and related Google advertising services. These partners may collect or receive device and advertising identifiers and usage information to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads, subject to applicable consent requirements (for example, in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland).
You can limit ad personalization through your device settings (for example, “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android) and, where shown, through in-app consent or privacy options.

5. In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store, as applicable. Their privacy policies govern payment processing. We use purchase verification only to unlock the digital items you bought.
6. Analytics and remote services
When enabled, we may use services such as Google Firebase (for example, Remote Config or messaging) to configure the App remotely and improve reliability. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
7. How we share information
We may share information with:
- service providers that help us operate the App (hosting, analytics, crash reporting, advertising);
- app stores and payment platforms for purchase processing;
- authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security;
- a successor entity if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to this Policy’s spirit.
We do not sell your personal information as that term is commonly understood for cash sale of contact lists. Advertising partners may process device identifiers for advertising purposes as described above.
8. Data retention
Local game data remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the App. Server-side or partner logs, if any, are retained only as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, and dispute resolution, then deleted or anonymized where practicable.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use the App and your device responsibly.
10. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
11. International users
If you use the App from outside the country where our services or partners operate, your information may be processed in other countries that may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by our service providers.
12. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of personal data, or to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

13. Third-party links and content

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy. Material changes may be highlighted in the App or on this page when appropriate.
